Hotel Policy:
- Government - issued Identification is required at check-in
- Mininimum check-in age is 19
- Check in time is at 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check out time is at 11AM (Late check-out request cannot be guaranteed)
Credit Card Payment:
- A valid credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation.
- Credit Cards will be pre-authorized at check in for the approximate value of your stay plus an estimated incidental charge.
- If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- At check-out, the final amount of your invoice will be charged to your credit card.
Hotel Cancellation Policies:
- A 24-hour notice for cancellation or change to your reservation is required by the hotel.
Extra Guest:
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- An additional charge of $10.00 per night will apply for an extra guest.
Parking:
- You are welcome to park your vehicle for free in our outdoor lot while staying with us.
- Please register your vehicle at check-in
100% Smoke-Free Hotel:
- The hotel is 100% non-smoking.
- A smoking charge of $250.00 will automatically be applied if smoking occurs inside the hotel.
- We provide designated smoking areas outside the building.
